Area Manager – Honey Bucket (Northwest Cascade)
Full-Time | $77,000 – $85,000/year (DOE)

Honey Bucket is looking for an Area Manager to lead daily operations, develop teams, and drive performance across safety, quality, and efficiency.
This role combines office-based leadership with field presence to support teams and operations.
What You’ll Do
- Lead, coach, and hold teams accountable for performance
- Oversee daily routing, service delivery, and yard operations
- Ensure safety, compliance, and company standards are followed
- Solve problems quickly—staffing, routes, customer issues
- Use systems and data to manage productivity and improve operations
- Support hiring, training, and employee development
What We’re Looking For
- Experience leading teams in operations, logistics, construction, or service
- Strong accountability and decision-making skills
- Ability to prioritize and adapt in a fast-moving environment
- Experience with safety/compliance (DOT preferred)
- Organized, systems-driven, and comfortable with technology (Excel, routing systems, etc.)
- Clear, direct communicator who can lead from the front
What to Expect
- Office-based with regular time in the yard and field
- Fast-paced with shifting priorities and constant problem-solving
- Monday–Friday schedule with flexibility for early mornings, extended hours, and occasional weekends
We Offer:
- Full-time, year-round work with OT opportunities
- Annual Starting pay: $77,060 - $84,770 (DOE)
- Schedule: TBD (will be discussed during interview)
