About This Position
Position Summary
The Marketing Internship offers a unique opportunity to develop B2B marketing skills within a highly technical, science-driven professional services firm. Interns support brand awareness and client engagement efforts by contributing to content creation, digital marketing campaigns, and market research — and are expected to bring fluency with modern AI tools to help scale and sharpen content output in a fast-moving environment.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in developing content for digital channels including the website, email campaigns, and social media, using AI writing and design tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Canva AI, or similar) to accelerate production
Support the research and drafting of case studies, blog posts, service descriptions, and other marketing collateral — applying AI tools to brainstorm, outline, and iterate efficiently
Use AI-powered analytics or research tools to support competitor analysis, audience insights, and campaign performance reporting
Help coordinate and track digital marketing campaigns in HubSpot and report on performance metrics
Collaborate with scientists and leadership to translate technical subject matter into accessible, compelling marketing content
Qualifications
Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (at least 2 years completed)
Strong writing and editing skills with an ability to adapt tone for technical and professional audiences
Hands-on familiarity with AI content and productivity tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Jasper, Canva AI, or similar)
Familiarity with HubSpot, LinkedIn, or Google Analytics is a plus
Creative thinker with strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Curiosity about science and technology is a strong asset
Must be able to work onsite or in a hybrid capacity during the internship period
