About This Position

  • Average: $1,200/week

  • $0.44 – $0.52 CPM (based on experience)

  • $10 per stop

  • $35 flat rate (short hauls)

  • Performance Bonus (Swift Driver Bonus)

  • Opportunity to earn more with consistency and miles

📦 Freight & Operation:

  • Dedicated account with Walmart. No-touch freight. Dry & Reefer trailers. Local deliveries with consistent routes. Busy area (active work environment)

  • ~1,100 miles per week.

🕒 Schedule:

  • Day & night shifts available

  • Weekend & holiday work required

📋 Requirements:

  • Valid CDL Class A

  • Must live within 25 miles of Winter Haven, FL

  • Good driving record preferred

  • Reliable and ready to work
