ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Operations & MaintenanceOperate, monitor, and maintain building systems: boilers, hot-water heaters, pumps, elevators (with vendor), sprinklers, compactor/recycling, ventilation, and mechanical rooms. Perform and/or triage repairs: plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting; escalate to licensed trades as needed; oversee vendor work.Complete daily walkthroughs; maintain logs for mechanical rooms and life-safety equipment.
