A part time dishwasher/prep cook is needed at Shady Hollow Country Club. Come work in a fun and exciting atmosphere. Learn to cook with a great culinary staff.

Job Description
Dishwasher/Utility Worker
Reports to Executive and Sous Chef / Non-Exempt hourly.
Position Duties and Responsibilities
Rinse and send through the dish machine or wash and sanitize in three compartment sinks. Pots and pans, dishes, silverware, glasses, utensils etc.
Clock in and out in uniform ready to work.
Sort check for cleanliness and stack clean dishes. Place clean dishes in proper areas.
Change dishwater every two hours.
Make sure dish chemicals are full and running properly.
Remove trash and garbage to the dumpster.
Fill and empty soak tubs with water. Run items constantly.
Assemble and disassemble the dish machine.
Sweep and mop floors. Maintain safe floors, by sweeping and mopping any spills.
Sweep up rubbish around dumpster area and parking lot.
Do other cleaning projects that are asked of you, by the chef, sous chef, service managers, or line cooks.
Tell someone if you must leave the kitchen.
Help others when slow. Platting parties, cleaning items, prepping food, anything to help the team
