The team at Birchland Dental located in Ponoka, Alberta are looking for a passionate, hard-working Recall Coordinator on a full-time basis.

The ideal Recall Coordinator for our team will be highly motivated to optimize patient experience and care, while also assisting our dental providers with treatment and room prep. The person we want loves interacting with patients, to build loyalty with the dental practice but more importantly to promote the benefits of patient ownership in following their dentist approved treatment plan.

SCHEDULE:

• 32 hours per week
• Monday to Thursday ( Monday-Wednesday 8:30 to 4:30, Tuesday-Thursday 10 am to 6pm )

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

• Previous experience as a Recall/Treatment Coordinator is considered an asset.
• Experience with dental practice management software is considered an asset
• Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with patients and families
• Customer service mindset
