Schedule:*
* Monday to Friday, 5:00 PM – 9:00 PM (4 hours per night)
One Saturday per month, as needed. Must be able to speak and understand Spanish and travel to multiple locations throughout the Hartford area.

**Job Summary:*

We are seeking a reliable Evening Supervisor to oversee our commercial cleaning operations. The supervisor will ensure that all cleaning tasks are completed properly, assist staff when necessary, and maintain high standards of quality and safety.

**Responsibilities:*
*
- Supervise and support the evening cleaning staff.
- Ensure that all assigned areas are cleaned according to company and client standards.
- Conduct site inspections and report any issues to management.
- Train and mentor new employees.
- Monitor the need for supplies and equipment.
- Address minor issues or emergencies during the shift.

**Qualifications:*
*
- Previous experience in commercial cleaning is required.
- Supervisory or leadership experience is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
- Must be reliable and able to work independently.
- A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are required.
