Are you skilled at diagnosing issues and helping customers find the parts they need? Warren, LLC is hiring a full-time Parts Sales Representative to join our team. This role requires a thorough understanding of Warren parts and equipment to support our customers effectively. If you’re organized, customer-focused, and ready to contribute, we want you on board!

As a Parts Sales Representative at Warren, LLC, you will:
Answer customer calls and emails regarding parts and promptly return any missed calls, voicemails, and emails.
Familiarity with truck equipment, hydraulic systems, pneumatic systems, and mechanical components.
Accurately price parts for customers and provide detailed quotes.
Ability to handle challenging customer inquiries and complaints professionally.
Collaborate with the procurement team to purchase necessary parts and maintain proper levels of inventory on sold parts
Prepare shipping paperwork and bills of lading
Coordinate with shipping to schedule outgoing shipments
Ensure all parts are properly labeled, packaged securely, and are prepared for shipment.
Participate in a collaborative team atmosphere to meet department goals.
Qualifications:
High School degree or equivalent industry experience required.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Strong customer service skills with the ability to diagnose issues and recommend solutions.
Willingness to learn and utilize company software (currently Microsoft Business Central for quotes and orders.
Reliable, dependable, and team-oriented
Physical Demands:
Frequent sitting, climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, or crawling.
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
Work primarily in an office/shop environment.
Position Type/Expected Hours of Work:
Full-time position requiring punctuality and readiness to work daily.
Business hours are determined by your manager.
