What Youll Do:

Knock out work orders quickly and efficiently
Turn units (make-readies) to get apartments rent-ready fast
Handle painting, drywall, and general repairs
Troubleshoot HVAC systems (heating & cooling)
Maintain clean, safe, and attractive grounds
Perform preventative maintenance to avoid bigger issues
Keep the shop organized and ready for action
Participate in on-call rotation (1 week every 6 weeks)

What You Bring:

1+ year of apartment or general maintenance experience
HVAC/EPA/CPO certifications (preferred, not required)
Skills in:
Plumbing (copper, basic repairs)
Electrical (outlets, fixtures, switches)
Appliance repair
Drywall, painting, carpentry
Water heaters (gas & electric)
Valid drivers license + reliable transportation
Ready to work MondayFriday, 8AM to 5PM or 9AM6PM + on-call rotation
