Accountabilities
  • Own the GTM architecture end-to-end.

  • Build and lead a high-caliber engineering team focused on revenue and marketing systems.
  • Collaborate with GTM stakeholders to enhance system scalability.
  • Establish standards for data governance and privacy workflows.
  • Implement monitoring and quality assurance for GTM systems.
Requirements
  • 15+ years in software or data engineering with a focus on GTM systems.
  • Proven experience with Salesforce and marketing automation tools.
  • Hands-on expertise in designing APIs and data models.
  • Demonstrated ability in leading high-impact engineering teams.
