This role is ideal for an experienced email marketing professional who thrives at the intersection of client management and performance-driven lifecycle marketing. You will be responsible for managing multiple eCommerce client accounts while designing and executing high-impact email and SMS strategies that directly influence revenue growth. Working in a fast-paced, remote-first environment, you will own campaign strategy, automation flows, and ongoing optimization across the customer lifecycle. The role requires both strategic thinking and hands-on execution within Klaviyo, with a strong focus on segmentation, personalization, and performance analytics. You will act as a trusted advisor to clients, translating data into actionable insights and growth opportunities. This is a high-ownership position where your work directly impacts retention, engagement, and customer lifetime value.
- Manage and grow relationships with multiple eCommerce clients, acting as the primary point of contact for email and SMS marketing performance and strategy.
- Develop, implement, and optimize Klaviyo-based email and SMS strategies, including campaigns, automated flows, and lifecycle journeys.
- Build and continuously improve key automation flows such as welcome series, abandoned cart, post-purchase, and win-back campaigns to maximize revenue impact.
- Oversee campaign planning, execution, and scheduling while ensuring alignment with client goals and brand positioning.
- Analyze key performance metrics such as open rates, CTR, conversion rates, and revenue per recipient to identify optimization opportunities.
- Conduct client meetings, performance reporting sessions, and strategic reviews to communicate results and recommend improvements.
- Collaborate with designers and copywriters to create high-converting email content and creative assets.
- Identify upsell opportunities within client accounts and contribute to overall account growth and retention.
- 2–5+ years of experience in email marketing, lifecycle marketing, or CRM-focused roles with proven results in performance optimization.
- Hands-on expertise with Klaviyo (mandatory), including campaigns, automation flows, and segmentation strategies.
- Proven experience managing client accounts, preferably within an agency or multi-client environment.
- Strong understanding of eCommerce and DTC marketing, with experience driving revenue through retention channels.
- Solid knowledge of segmentation, personalization, A/B testing, and email deliverability best practices.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with confidence in leading client-facing discussions.
- Ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously in a fast-paced, remote work environment.
