Remote Senior Brand Designer
This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Brand Design Lead - REMOTE. In this strategic role, you will have the opportunity to help redefine and evolve the brand identity of a rapidly scaling logistics platform. You will be at the forefront of creating a visually appealing and cohesive brand image that resonates within the commerce industry. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, including executives, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the visual language of the brand while leveraging cutting-edge A.I. tools to enhance your design process. This is a unique chance to craft a brand from its foundation, setting high standards for taste and creativity that will influence the entire organization.
Accountabilities- Translate, define, and evolve the brand strategy into a complete, living visual system.
- Design and build the marketing site using Figma and Webflow; own landing pages and campaign pages.
- Animate and bring the brand to life through various motion designs for site interactions and presentations.
- Manage the visual elements of marketing materials, including pitch decks and customer-facing documents.
- Prototype rapidly utilizing A.I. tools to streamline the design-to-execution process.
- Ensure the final designs maintain a human touch, reflecting authenticity and personality.
- Create immersive installations and real-world experiences that highlight the brand's uniqueness.
- Establish high craftsmanship standards across the team, educating others on effective A.I. tool usage.
- Collaborate with engineering to implement brand expressions within product interfaces.
- Contribute to the development and scaling of the brand system across various touchpoints.
- 6+ years of experience in brand or product design with a strong portfolio that showcases identity and web work.
- Experience leading a brand evolution in a high-growth tech environment.
- Proficiency in utilizing A.I. tools and LLMs as integral parts of the design workflow.
- Expertise in Figma and Webflow; familiarity with After Effects and Illustrator.
- Ability to think systemically and focus on detailed design elements simultaneously.
- Strong communication skills with a capacity to adapt as new information arises.
- Comfortable working in cross-functional teams, particularly with engineers.
- Bonus: Experience building marketing sites end-to-end, motion work published online, and designing for B2B platforms.
