This role is a strategic HR leadership position focused on aligning people strategy with business priorities in a fast-growing, global technology environment. You will act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, helping shape organizational design, workforce planning, and change management initiatives that drive business success. Operating in a dynamic, international context, you will partner closely with HR Centers of Excellence and business stakeholders to deliver scalable, data-driven people solutions. The role combines strategic advisory responsibilities with hands-on execution across core HR programs such as performance management, employee relations, and talent development. You will use analytics and workforce insights to guide decisions and improve organizational health. In this role, you will partner closely with business leaders to align HR strategy with organizational goals while driving scalable, impactful people initiatives across global teams. You will act as a key advisor, supporting both strategic planning and day-to-day HR execution.
- Partner with leaders to align people strategy with business and operational objectives.
- Serve as a trusted advisor on workforce planning, organizational design, and change management.
- Lead and support HR programs including performance management, employee relations, and talent development.
- Use data and analytics to assess engagement, retention, compensation trends, and organizational health.
- Design and implement scalable HR frameworks, processes, and best practices to support growth.
- Coach leaders to strengthen team engagement, performance, and career development.
- Drive global HR initiatives in collaboration with cross-functional HR teams and stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance and manage employee relations matters with discretion and sound judgment.
- Leverage modern tools, including AI-enabled solutions, to improve HR efficiency and effectiveness.
The ideal candidate brings strong HR business partnering experience in fast-paced, global or technology-driven environments, with a proven ability to influence senior leaders and deliver data-driven people solutions.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
- 5+ years of HR Business Partner experience in a fast-paced or global organization.
- Strong experience in organizational design, workforce planning, and change management.
- Proven ability to build and scale HR programs, frameworks, and people processes.
- Experience using HR analytics to interpret workforce trends and inform decisions.
- Strong employee relations and employment law compliance knowledge.
- Experience working with distributed, global teams across multiple time zones.
- Excellent communication, coaching, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to balance strategic and operational priorities.
- Competitive compensation package: CAD 80,000–115,000 + bonus.
