What You’ll Be Responsible For:

Greeting customers and gathering details on vehicle concerns
Creating repair orders and providing accurate estimates
Communicating repair needs, timelines, and costs clearly
Coordinating with technicians to ensure efficient workflow
Monitoring job progress and keeping customers updated
Helping minimize downtime and keep jobs on schedule
Maintaining organized records and work orders

What We’re Looking For:

Experience in diesel repair or automotive service advising
Strong communication and customer service skills
