Overview: We are seeking an experienced Senior Concierge Coordinator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management and real estate, with a proven track record of providing exceptional service to high-end, sophisticated clients. This role involves acting as a key liaison between customers and multiple departments, ensuring seamless communication and top-tier service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the main point of contact for luxury clients, managing inquiries, requests, and service needs.
• Coordinate with various departments (e.g., sales, customer service, property management) to ensure client satisfaction and timely issue resolution.
• Manage client relationships by providing personalized service and building long-term trust.
• Oversee the planning and execution of projects, ensuring they meet client expectations and are delivered on time.
• Stay informed on luxury real estate trends and developments to effectively serve high-end clientele.
• Maintain accurate records and reports, ensuring all interactions are documented and followed up appropriately.
• Handle escalations and resolve any customer concerns with professionalism and discretion.

Requirements:

• 7-10 years of experience in project management and real estate, preferably in the luxury or high-end market.
• Demonstrated ability to work with sophisticated, high-net-worth clients.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with multiple teams.
• Availability to work EST hours (9 AM - 5 PM).
