Alignment Technician in Lanse, Michigan at Smith Group

Basic Function:

Assess and repair all vehicles in an accurate and timely manner

Reporting:

Reports directly to the General Manager

Primary Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer experience through courteous interaction to exceed customer's needs and questions, and educating and explaining the vehicle's needs
• Provide accurate time and labor cost on repairs
• Order parts and perform repairs
• Help, support, train, and assist co-workers
• Maintain professional housekeeping standards including tools, equipment, work areas and bathroom facilities
• Perform equipment maintenance
• Order, stock, organize, maintain and assist with parts inventory
• Other duties as assigned
