In this role, Food Runner the ensures that guests orders are fulfilled correctly by the line, then runs the order directly to the party or to the host stand for takeout and delivery pickup. RESPONSIBILITIES

• Prioritizing orders
• Managing inventory
• Coordinating deliveries
• Ensuring communication in the kitchen
• Monitoring the quality of dishes
• Ensuring restaurant adherence to health and sanitation standards
• Making final preparations on dishes
• Addressing complaints of diners
• Assisting staff where needed

REQUIREMENTS

• Outstanding communication and people skills
• Ability to stay professional in a stressful work environment
• Superb multitasking skills
• Ability to listen to directions
• Great organizational skills
• Able to move at least 40 pounds
• Able to stand on your feet for at least 8 hours
• Knowledge of food safety
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
