RN - Clinic at Central Peninsula Hospital – Soldotna, Alaska

POSITION SUMMARY: The job requires knowledge of a competency in performing nursing care procedures, assessments, treatments, and techniques utilized within a physician office or clinic setting. Renders professional nursing services in support of medical care directed by the provider. Works closely with or may lead other professional and ancillary personnel in providing total nursing care to patients.Clinic duties may include taking and recording vital signs and medical histories, preparing patents for examinations or procedures, drawing blood and administering medications or treatments as directed by medical provider. The Nurse is an integral part of our interdisciplinary team.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Associates in Nursing
• One year experience in an Acute Hospital setting
• AK RN Licensure or able to obtain
• BLSP

PREFERRED:

• Bachelor's Degree
• One year Nursing- Medical Clinic
