Job Overview

The HVAC Service Coordinator/Manager is responsible for reviewing, analyzing and evaluating business procedures. They will create and implement policies and procedures that will improve day-to-day operations. They will oversee each department as far as their specific business functions are concerned, ensuring each is reaching goals set by departmental and company leadership. This position will also be responsible for furthering the company culture and team member engagement, ensuring that the work environment is positive, collaborative and open.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborates with ownership and leadership to identify and deliver the required administrative support operations for the organization
  • Oversees the organization's human resources department and all related functions
  • Maintains the organization's administrative policies and procedures manual
  • Ensures the organization's compliance with applicable safety and labor rules and regulations
  • Serves as a member of the organization's key administrative decision-making and planning body
  • Works closely with ownership to ensure that company, departmental and individual goals are being set and met, and departments are operating in an efficient and productive manner
  • Overall responsibility for team member engagement and success
  • Performs other related duties as assigned

Required Skills/Abilities:

  • Thorough understanding of, or ability to quickly learn, Microsoft Office, the office equipment, recordkeeping systems, management information systems, and related protocols used in the organization
  • Ability to identify task and procedure efficiencies or inefficiencies.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Professional and tactful interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with a variety of personalities
  • Strong leadership and supervisory skills
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent time management skills with proven ability to meet deadlines
  • Extremely proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software

Qualifications:

  • Minimum five years of experience in administration including at least three years in a supervisory capacity
  • Ability to troubleshoot and problem solve independently
  • Detail-oriented approach to daily work
  • Ability to work flexible hours at times to meet deadlines
  • Highly motivated and able to thrive under pressure
  • Detail-oriented and ability to multi-task
  • Team player with a 'no task too big, no task too small' attitude

Work Schedule

  • Full-Time - Monday through Friday
