Full-Time, Non-Exempt, Monday to Friday
Position Summary

Compensation & Benefits
● $28 to $32 per hour(depending on level of experience)
● Comprehensive benefits include Medical, Dental and Vision Insurance
● Various voluntary insurance benefits including short-term disability, life ad&d, critical illness, accident.
● Paid Time Off: Accrue up to 15 days per year

What You'll Do
● Educate and communicate company policies and procedures to new and current employees
● Serve as the primary point of contact for employee relations matters, including documentation, meetings, investigations and follow-up
● Track, document, and maintain compliance with required training, certifications, and work assessments (including safety and anti-harassment training)
● Lead onboarding and new hire orientation, ensuring a smooth, organized, and welcoming experience
● Coordinate background checks and employment eligibility verification
● Administer HR programs related to benefits, leave, performance management, employee recognition, workplace safety, and training
● Respond to employee inquiries with professionalism, discretion, and a people-first mindset
● Manage disciplinary actions and terminations, including preparation and maintenance of accurate documentation
● Help ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and HR best practices
● Stay up to date on HR trends, systems, and regulatory updates
What You Bring
● Associate’s degree in HR in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
● 0–2 years of HR or related experience (internships welcome!)
● Strong organizational and communication skills
● A people-focused mindset with the confidence to handle sensitive situations professionally
● SHRM-CP certification or interest in pursuing it is a plus!
