Part-time Mental Health Therapist at Balance Point Wellness, LLC – Bel Air, Maryland

Balance Point Wellness is accredited by the Accreditation Commission for Healthcare (ACHC). We are a community-based holistic mental health and wellness center that provides counseling/psychotherapy, psychiatry, adventure therapy, and wellness services to individuals and families in Maryland. We are located in Baltimore, Bel Air, Salisbury, and Hunt Valley, MD. We also have Telehealth division in Maryland, Delaware, and Pennsylvania, and a school-based program in Baltimore County and Harford County Schools.

As a rapidly growing organization, we are looking for talented staff members to join our team in our Harford County office. Balance Point Wellness, LLC is seeking qualified part-time, advanced licensed therapists (LCSW-C, LCPC, LCMFT, LCPAT, etc.) to provide mental health therapy to children, adolescents, and/or adults.

This is a part-time hybrid position in our Bel Air, MD office.

Therapist Job Responsibilities:

• Manage assigned caseload (Provide ongoing therapy)
• Complete psychosocial assessments
• Complete contact notes for completed sessions- All documentation is completed in a cloud-based EHR
• Development of person-centered treatment plans when necessary

Qualifications, Education, and Experience:

• Master’s/doctorate in Social Work, Psychology, or Counseling required
• Licensed in Maryland to provide Mental health treatment
• Psychotherapy experience in a community setting preferred
• Background Check
• Highly organized and possesses time management
