We support marginalized adult populations by providing supported housing and essential services that help individuals overcome life's challenges. We are currently looking for compassionate and reliable Direct Care Workers (DCWs) to join our growing team in Ypsilanti.

Competitive Pay

• Starting at $17.13/hour

• Increase to $17.33/hour upon completion of training

$500 Sign-On Bonus

• $250 after 30 days or 120 hours of employment

• $250 after completing required training and meeting staffing ratio requirements

• Provide daily care and support to adults with developmental disabilities in a small group home setting

• Assist with meal preparation, serving, and dining support

• Assist with personal care tasks, such as bathing, grooming, dressing, and hygiene

• Administer medications as prescribed

• Encourage participation in engaging activities that promote socialization and overall well-being

• High school diploma or GED (must be 18 years or older)

• Valid driver's license or state ID

• Ability to pass a criminal background check
