About MYNT Systems

MYNT is a vertically integrated energy company built to lead the global energy transition by uniting engineering, construction, analytics, and long-term asset operations under one roof. Unlike fragmented market players, we originate, engineer, construct, and manage high-complexity, clean-energy infrastructure with an operator's mindset and an investor's discipline. We focus on rigorous performance and full lifecycle control of energy assets to de-risk capital, deliver measurable returns for clients, and scale a new standard for dependable, clean power in the rapidly growing distributed energy market.

The Role

The Project Manager I supports successful project execution through structured coordination, proactive communication, and disciplined documentation management. This role works closely with internal teams, construction managers, subcontractors, and clients to ensure commercial solar and storage projects are delivered on time and within budget.

You will support estimating, scheduling, procurement, RFIs, change orders, budgeting, billing, rebate management, forecasting, and closeout. You will attend construction meetings, lead client communications, coordinate OAC discussions, and use systems such as Jonas Premier, Smartsheet, Slack, and MS Project to maintain transparency and control.

This position requires someone who can manage details without losing sight of the bigger picture.

Requirements:

Key Responsibilities

  • Project planning and execution including contracts, scope review, risk identification, permits, inspections, documentation control, and schedule management.
  • Financial oversight including monthly billing, cost tracking, forecasting alignment, weekly financial reviews, and time entry accuracy by CSI and job coding.
  • Procurement and subcontractor coordination including construction meetings, buyout support, agreement drafting, and collaboration with field teams to mitigate risk.
  • Support pre-construction and bidding efforts including RFP/RFQ responses and scope distribution.
  • Maintain confidentiality and uphold MYNT’s culture, safety standards, and ethical practices.

Personality Traits That Thrive Here

We are looking for someone who is:

  • Highly organized and systems-oriented
  • Naturally proactive and solution-driven
  • Calm under pressure and deadline-focused
  • Analytical but practical in decision-making
  • Accountable and disciplined
  • Clear and confident in communication
  • Collaborative and team-first
  • Comfortable with healthy debate
  • Detail-obsessed yet big-picture aware
  • Growth-minded and coachable

This role is ideal for someone who takes ownership, anticipates challenges before they escalate, and values structured execution.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 2+ years progressive experience in technical or commercial construction projects.
  • Strong understanding of building permits and trades including MEP.
  • Proficiency in Google Suite, MS Office, Smartsheet, Jonas Premier, and related tools.
  • Experience in negotiated, customer-service-based project environments.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills.
  • Authorized to work in the United States (no sponsorship available).

Physical & Working Conditions

  • This role includes exposure to active construction environments with regular standing, walking, bending, lifting 20+ lbs, and coordination across job sites.
  • ADA Physical Requirements & Compliance.

Benefits

  • Medical, dental, vision, life, EAP, and 401K
  • Up to 42 hours paid Continued Education annually
  • $1,000 annual professional development stipend
  • Cell phone reimbursement
  • Laptop reimbursement
  • 1 week vacation after 6 months
  • Unlimited vacation after 1 year

All benefits subject to probationary period.
