About This Position

JOB PURPOSE

The Client Partner is part of the Client Success function and is responsible for partnering with Corporate Visions’ largest clients to achieve their desired business outcomes from purchased solutions. In this role, you’ll partner with Sales on deal construction and co-creating the client’s execution approach to drive adoption and accelerate time to value and revenue. You’ll also lead planning, co-creating, and executing impact and success measurement. Through this work, the CP builds long-term client relationships that positively influence satisfaction, renewals, and expansion – resulting in consistent, long-term revenue for CVI.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES1. Co-Create Client Growth and Execution Strategies
  • Serve as the strategic client success lead on large IP subscription and strategic enterprise accounts, collaborating closely with the full CVI account team.
  • Partner with sales prior to contract execution for complex deals by shaping and curating deals where clients realize value quickly and CVI achieves in-year revenue acceleration via thoughtful deal construction.
  • Assess each client’s needs in the context of their purchased solutions, including sales motions, growth levers, and target audiences, to drive behavior change and performance improvement.
  • Design and help launch a client Execution Approach aligned to prioritized sales motions, levers, and audiences.
2. Drive Client Adoption + Revenue Acceleration for CVI
  • Develop and present a strategy and plan, including an Implementation/Transformation Vision, and Program Master Plan to accelerate time to value for the client and time to revenue for CVI.
  • Own the evolution and refinement of the rollout and adoption plans, adapting them to changing priorities and in partnership with the AE and CEM, lead regular client meetings to advance adoption and outcomes.
  • Work with Sales and CEMs to identify opportunities and develop account plans to consume backlog revenue.
  • Be a leader on the CVI project and workstream teams to deliver a focused, client-centric experience.
3. Measure Impact and Success
  • Guide clients in defining, documenting, and measuring success, beginning with clearly articulated desired outcomes captured in a Triple Metric or via agreed-upon recommended metrics to track.
  • Lead conversations with clients on systems and methods for measuring impact, based on CVI’s impact measurement frameworks and approach.
  • Own and continuously evolve each client’s Triple Metric at key moments such as kickoff, quarterly reviews, and other compelling events, using early results to support published CVI client success stories.
  • Document and update internal client Health Scores and commentary on a quarterly basis as part of CVI’s client health monitoring process to help with ongoing strategy and account planning.
  • Lead preparation of, and co-deliver, client Business Reviews at a cadence aligned to the client’s tier.
QUALIFICATIONS
  • Well-versed in Corporate Visions IP and concepts
  • Sales Enablement experience
  • Strategic consulting experience in a client-facing capacity
  • Ability to work successfully in ambiguity and a consistently evolving environment
  • Customer Success experience (preferred)
  • MBA (preferred)
