Summary – As a Systems Analyst, you will analyze, design, and enhance enterprise application frameworks that support the sales and manufacturing operations of advanced avionics products. The role involves working closely with end users and development teams to translate business processes and operational workflows into clear, actionable technical requirements. Success in this position requires strong technical expertise in administering cloud‑based systems, applications, and databases to ensure the reliability and performance of core information systems.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Gather and document business requirements and map current‑state and future‑state workflows.
- Translate business needs into system requirements and technical design documents.
- Support the development and refinement of enterprise‑wide application architecture.
- Coordinate communication between business users, developers, and technical teams.
- Create technical documentation, including process maps, test plans, and user training materials.
- Develop functional specifications for complex, database‑driven applications.
- Review proposed system changes to ensure alignment with overall architecture and business processes.
- Provide project management support for analysis, design, implementation, and testing activities.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and vendors to develop solutions that improve quality, efficiency, and cost.
- Present system architecture, application capabilities, and technical proposals to stakeholders and vendors.
- Ensure all solutions align with enterprise architecture standards and organizational goals.

- Architecture & Design – Develops architectural diagrams, translates business processes into functional designs, and defines workflows that support enterprise systems.
- Project & Stakeholder Management – Coordinates cross‑functional teams, manages vendor interactions, tracks milestones, and supports on‑time, on‑budget delivery.
- Teamwork & Leadership – Contributes to team success, motivates others, and supports continuous improvement of processes and standards.
- Change Management – Develops implementation and back‑out plans, prepares users for system changes, and ensures smooth transitions with minimal disruption.
- Dependability & Planning – Manages priorities effectively, anticipates resource needs, and provides after‑hours support for critical applications when required.
Minimum Qualifications

Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree from a four‑year college or university, or four to six years of relevant experience in a similar role, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Experience working within an IT enterprise framework and developing conceptual, logical, and technical system designs.
Preferred Qualifications
- PMI Project Management certification.
- Background in manufacturing environments.
- Experience with ERP platforms
Computer Skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Teams and the Microsoft 365 Suite.
- Experience with process‑modeling tools such as Microsoft Visio.
- Skilled with data visualization tools including Power BI, Infor BIRST, or Tableau.
- Advanced Excel capabilities (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, macros, conditional logic).
- Understanding of database structures, schemas, views, and stored procedures.
- Experience with reporting and visualization software.
- Basic proficiency in PL/SQL and familiarity with programming concepts, syntax, queries, and data structures.
- Competent with standard business software including word processing, spreadsheets, presentations, and project management tools.
Communication Skills
- Strong communication, presentation, and relationship‑building abilities.
- Able to read and interpret technical documents, operating instructions, and procedure manuals.
- Capable of writing clear reports, documentation, and correspondence.
- Comfortable speaking to large groups, including customers, vendors, and internal teams.
