In this role, you will be pivotal in increasing the efficiency of our sales process. Your main focus will be on booking qualified meetings and streamlining the workflow for the sales team. You will create and manage systems that enhance productivity while experimenting to discover the most effective strategies. This hands-on position requires a proactive individual who thrives in dynamic environments and is eager to own outcomes.
Accountabilities- Book qualified meetings using various outreach methods including email, LinkedIn, and phone.
- Develop and manage appointment-setting systems such as workflows and outreach processes.
- Support Account Executives by enriching lead lists and crafting compelling outbound messages.
- Ensure robust calendar management including routing, rescheduling, and minimizing no-shows.
- Conduct continuous experiments to identify successful outreach angles and messaging.
- Track metrics to improve performance and maintain accurate CRM data.
- 2-6 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or similar roles.
- Proven skills in booking meetings directly and utilizing sales systems effectively.
- Ability to work scrappily and demonstrate curiosity while taking actionable steps.
- Strong written communication skills, particularly in email and social platforms.
- Comfortable with sales tools and CRMs like HubSpot, Salesforce, and Apollo.
- Systems-oriented thinker who can navigate ambiguity in early-stage settings.
