East Meadow - RN or LPN needed for Adutl Home Healthcare shifts at Christian Nursing Registry Inc. – East Meadow, New York

Patient is a 56yr/male with a history of a stroke. He is partially paralyzed and bedbound, requiring total care for all activities of daily living. The patient is verbal; however he experiences intermittent periods of lucidity and may require redirection and close monitoring of cognitive status. Nutrition is primarily taken by mouth, but the patient also has a gastrostomy tube (G-tube) in place for supplemental nutrition, hydration, and/or medication administration as ordered.

Shifts available:
DAYS: Thursday, Friday and Saturday 8am - 8pm
OVERNIGHTS: Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday 8pm - 8am

Requirements:
New York State RN or LPN Nursing License
