To fuel this growth, were looking for a Finance Business Partner to join our Finance team.

The Finance Business Partner team plays a critical role in supporting business functions to shape and deliver key strategic initiatives, helping us consolidate our leadership in Italy while accelerating our international expansion.

As a Finance Business Partner Analyst, you will work closely with the CFO, Country Heads of Finance and the broader leadership team to help steer company performance and shape our future.

You will take ownership of Financial Planning & Analysis activities and act as a trusted partner to business leaders, using a data-driven approach to support decision-making, optimize processes, and execute key priorities.

This role requires strong analytical and financial capabilities, along with the ability to translate insights into clear, compelling narratives. Were looking for someone with a proactive can-do attitude, and a genuine passion for working at the intersection of finance and strategy.
