About the team and what we'll build togetherWe are seeking an Agentic AI Solutions Lead to define, prototype, and operationalize our approach to agentic AI at scale. This role will own the Agent Catalog and Agent Design Guide defining how agents are designed, governed, deployed, and evolved within our Snowflake Cortex ecosystem.As the connective tissue between innovation and execution, this role will ensure our AI strategy translates into a clear, intentional, and executable roadmap. - Strategy Execution & Roadmap
- Translate high-level AI vision into a sequenced, measurable roadmap with quarterly deliverables.
- Balance innovation, differentiation, and commercial outcomes in a structured framework.
- Drive alignment across technology, data, and business stakeholders.
- Agent Catalog & Design Guide Ownership
- Full ownership of the Agent Catalog and Agent Design Guide defining taxonomy, governance, design standards, and lifecycle management.
- Codify best practices for agent design, skill modularity, dictionaries, and evaluation.
- Ensure agents are interoperable, governed, and intentionally architected across business lines.
- LLM & Snowflake Cortex Integration
- Lead the LLM and agentic architecture strategy within Snowflake Cortex optimizing for scalability, security, and alignment with enterprise data governance.
- Define standards for prompt orchestration, retrieval strategies, context injection, and agent memory.
- Evaluate and integrate multi-agent frameworks to support collaboration, delegation, and reasoning among agents.
- Prototyping & Approach Ownership
- Prototype and test new agentic architectures and coordination patterns.
- Drive the methodology for how agents are developed, validated, scaled, and maintained.
- Move concepts quickly from proof-of-concept pilot production.
- Data & Technical Foundations
- Partner with data engineering to connect Cortex agents to trusted enterprise data sources.
- Use graph structures where appropriate to model relationships and context memory.
- Support real-time, event-driven architectures for adaptive and responsive agent behavior.
- Governance & Responsible AI
- Embed responsible AI principles into every layer of the agent framework.
- Ensure compliance with data privacy, security, and transparency standards.
- Partner with legal, data governance, and compliance to ensure traceability and auditability.
- Commercial & Organizational Alignment
- Connect technical execution to measurable business value (growth, efficiency, CX).
- Communicate complex ideas clearly to executives and cross-functional teams.
- Build internal literacy around agentic AI concepts and foster an innovation culture.
- 7-9 years in AI, data platforms, or emerging tech leadership roles.
- Proven ability to build frameworks that scale from concept to enterprise deployment.
- Strong technical and executive communication skills.
- Experience leading high-performing teams in emerging tech environments.
- Expertise in:
- LLM-based architectures and multi-agent systems
- Snowflake Cortex or equivalent data-native AI ecosystems
- Agent orchestration and prompt management frameworks (LangChain, CrewAI, etc.)
- Data governance, interoperability, and responsible AI
- Real-time/event streaming and contextual memory (graph or vector)
- Success in This Role Means:
- A structured, actionable roadmap for scaling agentic AI aligned to business priorities.
- A governed, well-documented Agent Catalog and Design Guide serving as the foundation for consistent agent development.
- Validated multi-agent frameworks operating within Snowflake Cortex.
- Measurable impact through production AI systems that drive business outcomes.
- Clear, organization-wide alignment on how we scale agentic AI responsibly.
