CONTENT PRODUCTION COORDINATOR, PART-TIME

The Content Production Coordinator plays a critical role in capturing, organizing, and executing high-quality content across The Collective Studios’ marketing ecosystem. This role supports both On Demand production and real-time content capture across studio programming, events, and retreats, ensuring the brand is consistently represented through elevated, intentional visuals. This individual is responsible for coordinating production logistics, capturing video and photo content, and maintaining high production standards, while also contributing creative ideas within the framework of established briefs. This is an ideal role for someone who is detail-oriented, creatively intuitive, and can execute against a vision while also identifying opportunities to elevate content in the moment


Reports to: Director of Marketing & Content

Employment Status: Part-Time/Non-Exempt

Location: Londonderry/Bedford/Corporate

Hours: est. 10-15 hrs/month


Responsibilities:

  • On Demand (OD) Production Coordination

    • Own the planning and execution of monthly OD production shoots

    • Build and manage production calendars based on performance insights and marketing priorities

    • Coordinate scheduling with instructors and internal team members

    • Lead all in-studio OD filming sessions (set-up, execution, breakdown)

    • Analyze OD performance monthly to inform future shoot planning

  • Content Capture

    • Capture high-quality video and photo content across: in-studio classes (as needed), retail, events, and retreats.

    • Execute against creative briefs provided by marketing

    • Capture a mix of:

      • Structured content (planned shots & sequences)

      • Organic moments (community, instructor interactions, hospitality experience)

    • Ensure content reflects TCS brand standards (elevated, immersive, hospitality-forward)

  • Social Content Support

    • Capture content specifically intended for Instagram, Tiktok, and other marketing channels

    • When relevant, identify and propose additional content opportunities while onsite (POVs, transitions, BTS, etc.)

    • Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure content aligned with current campaigns and priorities

    • Support quick turnaround content capture needs when required (time sensitive happenings, trends, etc.)

  • Production Standards & Equipment Management

    • Own set-up and operation of all production equipment (camera, audio, lighting)

    • Maintain consistency in visual and audio quality across all content types

    • Troubleshoot technical issues as they arise

    • Ensure proper storage, organization, and transfer of all raw assets

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration

    • Work closely with:

      • Marketing (creative direction, campaign needs, etc.)

      • Instructors & Studio Coordinators (on camera guidance)

      • Video editor (asset handoff and organization)

    • Act as the on-site executor of content strategy


KPIs:

  • Consistent execution of monthly OD production schedule

  • Quality & usability of captured content

  • Volume of usable marketing content captured per shoot/event

  • Efficiency & organization of asset delivery to post-production

  • Contribution to improved OD and social performance overtime

  • Ability to capture content that supports marketing campaigns (beyond simply documenting moments)


Qualifications

  • Experience working with video and photo content capture (iPhone & traditional camera)

  • Strong understanding of framing, lighting, and audio fundamentals

  • Highly organized with strong project and time management skills

  • Comfortable working in fast-paced, live environments

  • Ability to follow creative direction while also thinking creatively & independently

  • Detail-oriented with a strong eye for aesthetics and brand alignment

  • Tech-savvy and comfortable learning new tools/equipment

  • Strong communication & interpersonal skills

  • Interest in fitness/wellness

  • Ability to work independently & collaboratively

  • Sense of ownership & prove in performance and quality of work
