As a Team Lead – Kit Operations Central Europe, you will oversee the daily execution of loaner operations at VB Spine’s Regional Distribution Centre. This role is crucial for maintaining service reliability, inventory integrity and operational discipline across the RDC.

What You’ll Do:

  • Allocate tasks across Operators and Senior Technicians to optimise throughput
  • Monitor workflow bottlenecks and adjust resource allocation in real-time

Quality & Compliance

  • Ensure all activities are performed in accordance with SOPs, work instructions, and quality standards
  • Act as first point of escalation for non-conforming inventory, discrepancies, and process deviations
  • Maintain high levels of inventory accuracy, traceability, and kit integrity
  • Reinforce correct handling, inspection, and reconciliation processes across the team
  • Support audits, inspections, and quality reviews where required

Team Leadership & Development

  • Provide day-to-day supervision and direction to Operators and Senior Technicians
  • Train, coach, and support team members to build capability and consistency
  • Set expectations for performance, accuracy, and behaviour
  • Support onboarding and training of new hires
  • Drive a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement

Systems & Inventory Control

  • Ensure accurate and timely ERP transactions across all operational activities
  • Oversee inventory movements, adjustments, and reconciliation processes
  • Support cycle counts and inventory control activities
  • Identify and address root causes of inventory discrepancies

Continuous Improvement

  • Identify opportunities to improve process efficiency, quality, and throughput
  • Support implementation of new processes, SOPs, and system changes
  • Work with RDC leadership to optimise layout, flow, and resource utilisation

What You Bring:

  • University Degree is preferred
  • Polish and English proficiency (written and spoken)
  • 3–5 years’ experience in a warehouse or distribution role. Experience in a regulated or medical device environment is strongly preferred
  • Prior experience in a team leadership or supervisory role is preferred. The ability to lead, coach and support operational teams is essential.
  • Strong understanding of inspection, reconciliation, and inventory management processes
  • Experience working within ERP systems (e.g., JD Edwards or similar)
  • Ability to lift up to 23kg
  • Comfort of working in an operational warehouse environment
