  • Support 2253 submission workflows and ensure materials are not distributed prior to regulatory clearance.
  • Contribute to process optimization by improving SOPs, workflows, and quality control standards for promotional review.
  • Train and support internal stakeholders and external partners on submission requirements and operational best practices.
Requirements

This role requires strong experience in pharmaceutical or biotech marketing operations, particularly within regulated promotional review environments, along with excellent project management and stakeholder coordination skills.

  • 8+ years of experience in pharmaceutical, biotech, or life sciences marketing operations or promotional review functions.
  • Strong hands-on experience managing PRC (Promotional Review Committee) or similar review processes.
  • Proficiency with Veeva PromoMats or comparable workflow and content approval systems.
  • Experience supporting or contributing to a first commercial product launch strongly preferred.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple complex, time-sensitive workflows.
  • Excellent facilitation and communication skills with the ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders.
  • High attention to detail, organizational strength, and process discipline.
  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-accountability environments.
Benefits
  • Competitive salary range: $112,000 – $130,000
