LiRo-Hill is a 1100-person firm with offices in Edison, NJ, NYC, Long Island, Buffalo, Rochester, and Boston.

We offer a comprehensive benefits package and a positive work environment Compensation: Min: $72,800; Max: $104,000 The range provided is the salary that the Firm in good faith believes at the time of this posting is willing to pay for the advertised position. Exact compensation will be determined on the individual candidate’s qualifications and location. Responsibilities
- Reviewing hard copy documents for accuracy and completenessScan and Upload documents into a database. Organize and maintain documents, adhering to the company's document life-cycle procedures Control retrieval of documents
Qualifications
- MS Office experience also requiredAbility to work in a fast-paced, high volume transactional environmentIdeal candidate will be extremely organized and detail orientedAbility to maintain field and office records and perform quantity computationsStrong written and oral communication skillsAbility to collaborate with multiple team members wellWorking around rail projects experience preferred
