About This Position

At DK Law, we don’t just represent our clients. We stand with them, all the way.

We’re modern injury and accident attorneys who go all the way for every client, from every background. At the heart of our work is a simple but powerful belief: every client’s experience matters, and we honor it as if it were our own. From the very first call to the final resolution, we approach every case with the mindset that it’s going the distance.

That same mindset fuels our workplace culture. We’re a team of purpose-driven professionals who care deeply, move fast, and never lose sight of the human side of what we do. If you're passionate about making an impact, growing with a team that values excellence and empathy, and being part of something bigger, we’d love to meet you.

The Role

We are seeking a talented and client-centric Client Care Coordinator to focus on coordinating client care. You will be the vital link between injured clients and their medical providers. This role combines case management with patient advocacy to ensure clients receive timely, appropriate treatment while documenting their recovery journey.

If you're someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, loves helping people, and is ready to be part of a winning team, we want to meet you.

What You Will Do

  • Match clients with specialized providers based on injury type (chiropractors, orthopedists, pain management, etc.)
  • Schedule and track all medical appointments (initial evaluations, follow-ups, diagnostics)
  • Coordinate transportation solutions for clients with mobility challenges
  • Conduct weekly check-ins to monitor treatment progress and address barriers
  • Educate clients on the importance of consistent medical documentation
  • Escalate urgent medical needs to attorneys for case strategy adjustments
  • Maintain detailed records of all medical visits and treatment plans
  • Flag gaps in treatment that could weaken the case
  • Prepare regular treatment summaries for attorney review
  • Comply with HIPAA regulations
  • Role may include other relevant duties as assigned.

What We’re Looking For

  • 2+ years of Personal Injury Law experience is highly preferred
  • Bilingual in Spanish or Korean is preferred
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to work in large teams and be computer savvy; experience with Microsoft Office Suite and digital e-filing
  • Excellent time management, communication, organization, and analytical skills
  • Experienced working in a paperless environment
  • Must be able to type at least 50 WPM

Why DK Law?
