ROLE SUMMARY:
The Bottle Presenter will work with the Bottle Service team to provide exceptional customer service to all club patrons. They will ensure a lively and enjoyable atmosphere while following all safety guidelines. The ideal candidate will have previous experience as a bottle presenter in a bar or club setting.

The Bottle Presenter will work with the Bottle Service team to provide exceptional customer service to all club patrons. They will ensure a lively and enjoyable atmosphere while following all safety guidelines. The ideal candidate will have previous experience as a bottle presenter in a bar or club setting.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Present and showcase bottle selections in an engaging and enticing manner, utilizing product knowledge to enhance guest experience.
- Always maintain a polished and sophisticated appearance, reflecting the upscale ambiance of the nightclub.
- Collaborate with the service Bottle Service team to ensure seamless execution of bottle service orders.
- Prepare and organize all bottle presentations and shows pertaining to qualifying orders.
- Participate in all performance aspects of shows as needed; up to and including costume changes and choreographed performances.
- Uphold cleanliness and organization standards in the VIP section, including maintaining bottle displays and table setups.
- Act as a brand ambassador, promoting featured products and special offerings to guests.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Previous experience in a hospitality or nightlife setting preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Must be at least 21.
- Physical stamina and ability to lift/move heavy objects required for Bottle Presenter position.
- Positive attitude, enthusiasm, and passion for delivering exceptional service.
