Cardiology Ancillary Testing Booker at Signature Healthcare – Brockton, Massachusetts

Under the direction of the Manager of Cardiology Ancillary Testing, schedules cardiac testing appointments in Community Wide Scheduling as well as Ambulatory modules in Meditech. Maintains departmental ARM worklist for assigned locations. Answers and screens all telephone calls and responds to all messages with appropriate follow through. Works collaboratively with prior authorization team, ancillary specialty lead technicians, Cardiology department medical office coordinators and management. High School diploma or equivalent required, Graduate of an accredited Medical Secretarial program preferred. Computer literacy and typing skills required. Knowledge of medical terminology, Customer service and telephone skills preferred. Previous outpatient medical scheduling and insurance verification/preregistration experience preferred.
