Summer Associate 2L (2027) at Banner Witcoff – Chicago, Illinois

Banner Witcoff, a recognized leader in the practice of intellectual property law, is seeking second year law students to work in its Chicago office as Summer Associates for the summer of 2027.

As a Summer Associate, the student will assist in a variety of legal assignments including intellectual property counseling and opinion work, patent prosecution, and intellectual property litigation-related matters.

Successful candidates will have a demonstrated track record of academic achievement, excellent interpersonal skills, a scientific or engineering degree, and be eligible to take the Patent Bar Exam. The salary for this summer clerkship role is $4,134.00 weekly.
