  • Greet members, first-time visitors, and guests with warmth, professionalism, and brand pride.
  • Provide onboarding support for new visitors, including studio tours, class preparation, and account setup.
  • Proactively engage with members before and after classes to foster community and elevate the member experience.
  • Assist with locker support, retail inquiries, and account troubleshooting.

Studio Operations

  • Manage check-ins, bookings, payments, and waitlist procedures across studio platforms (Mindbody, ClubReady, or equivalent).
  • Support daily operations, including opening and closing the studio, laundry, restocking supplies, and light cleaning.
  • Partner with instructors and team members to ensure smooth class turnover and excellent in-class experience.
  • Maintain a safe, clean, and branded environment across all spaces (studios, restrooms, locker areas).

Brand Ambassadorship & Events

  • Uphold studio aesthetic and energy to align with brand presentation standards.
  • Represent the studio in the local community, supporting grassroots marketing, wellness fairs, and studio-hosted events.
  • Contribute to cultivating an inclusive and accessible community that celebrates diversity and encourages all voices.
Requirements:
  • 1+ year of customer service, hospitality, or fitness studio experience (preferred).
  • Passion for fitness, wellness, and building inclusive communities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to empathize and problem-solve in real time.
  • Tech-savvy: comfortable using tablets, POS systems, and scheduling software (training provided).
  • Highly reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented; thrives in fast-paced environments.
  • Flexible availability, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Physical Requirements

  • Able to stand for long periods of time and move around the studio.
  • Comfortable lifting up to 45 pounds and performing light cleaning/restocking.
