Accountabilities:- Lead the product organization, driving mission-critical initiatives that leverage technology to improve healthcare operations and provider efficiency.

- Oversee product execution across the full development lifecycle, ensuring alignment with company goals and cross-functional collaboration.
- Analyze competitive market and product data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for innovation.
- Mentor and grow a high-performing product team, fostering a culture of collaboration, experimentation, and data-driven decision-making.
- Ensure product initiatives deliver measurable impact and inform iterative improvements based on results and feedback.
Requirements:
- Minimum 10+ years of product management experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Experience leading product teams in healthcare settings, with a strong understanding of healthcare workflows, systems, and challenges.
- Proven ability to empathize with customers, break down ambiguous problems, evaluate solutions, and drive cross-functional execution.
- Demonstrated success managing teams of at least 7 members, with experience mentoring and developing talent.
- Startup experience, particularly at growth-stage companies, is highly preferred.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, capable of measuring impact and informing iterative product decisions.
- Passion for mission-driven work, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, early-stage environment.
- Experience in automating manual processes and implementing AI-driven solutions is a plus.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
