Troubleshooting and repairing electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systemsPerforming preventative maintenance to reduce downtimeDiagnosing issues and fixing them the right wayRepairing or replacing worn or damaged partsTesting and adjusting equipment to make sure everything is working properlyAssisting with installs and upgrades when neededKeeping parts and supplies organizedCommunicating with store teams about repairs and timingWhat we’re looking forValid driver’s license with a clean driving recordHands on experience with electrical, plumbing, or mechanical systemsStrong problem solving and troubleshooting skillsSomeone who can work independently and manage their timeReliable, accountable, and safety focusedHVAC experience is a plus, but not required. If you’ve got solid maintenance experience and are willing to learn, we want to hear from you.
