Social Services Coordinator Responsibilities:

• As a social services coordinator, you will assist with the planning and implementation of social services programs in your facility.
• You will develop and coordinate educational in-services
• You will conduct the assessment of all potential residents
• You will engage in activities and processes directed by your Director

Social Services Coordinator Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or better in social work, human services, or a related field.
• At least 4 years of experience in direct care of individuals with psychiatric disorders
• Experience in skilled nursing facilities
• Experience with PAN
• Excellent communication and relationship building skills
