We are looking for a reliable, experienced handyman who takes pride in quality work and can handle a variety of repair and renovation tasks. This is NOT a big construction crew environment — we need someone dependable who can work independently, solve problems, and help keep projects moving.

$30 - $40 hourly

• General handyman work (repairs, replacements, installations)
• Drywall patching and minor finishing
• Painting and touch-ups
• Basic plumbing and electrical (non-licensed tasks)
• Flooring repairs/installations
• Trim and door adjustments
• Fixture installation
• Light demolition and prep work
• Punch list completion
• Materials pickup and job site organization
• Keeping projects clean, safe, and moving

• Highly experienced across many trades

• Not overly concerned about title or corporate structure
