Custodian at IKA-WORKS INC – Wilmington, North Carolina

IKA Works, Inc. is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Part-Time Custodian to support the cleanliness and organization of our office, warehouse, and light industrial spaces. This role is responsible for maintaining a safe, sanitary, and professional environment for employees and visitors. The ideal candidate takes pride in their work, demonstrates strong time management skills, and can work independently.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

• Clean and sanitize offices, restrooms, breakrooms, conference rooms, and common areas.
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, and dust floors and surfaces.
• Empty trash and recycling bins and dispose of waste properly,
• Restock restroom and breakroom supplies.
• Clean interior windows, glass doors, and mirrors.
• Maintain cleanliness in warehouse and light production areas as needed.
• Follow company safety guidelines and cleaning procedures.
• Notify management of needed repairs or safety concerns.
• Assist with special cleaning projects as assigned.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Previous cleaning or janitorial experience preferred.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Reliable and punctual.
• Ability to lift up to 30–40 pounds.
• Ability to stand, bend, and move for extended periods
