In this role, you will lead the strategic and operational backbone of the sales organization, driving efficiency, alignment, and performance across revenue-generating functions. You will design and manage core sales processes, from territory design and account allocation to quota modeling and performance analytics, ensuring data integrity and actionable insights. This position requires both strategic vision and operational execution, partnering cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Analytics teams. You will identify opportunities to streamline processes, implement automation, and develop scalable frameworks that enable leadership to make confident, data-driven decisions. The role offers a chance to directly influence sales effectiveness, improve productivity, and contribute to the growth of a high-performing, distributed sales organization.
Accountabilities:
  • Lead annual and quarterly sales planning, including territory design, account allocation, segmentation, and quota/compensation modeling.
  • Develop analytical frameworks and dashboards that provide visibility into pipeline health, sales performance, and productivity drivers.
  • Ensure data accuracy and operational rigor across Salesforce, DOMO, Snowflake, and related systems.
  • Manage recurring sales operations deliverables, including compensation reporting, account reallocations, and national sales materials.
  • Identify process inefficiencies and implement automation solutions to improve consistency, accuracy, and speed.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Analytics to align on forecasting, headcount planning, and revenue insights.
  • Present data-driven recommendations and strategic insights to leadership to inform decision-making.

Requirements:
  • 710+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or Business Analytics/Business Intelligence.
  • 3+ years of people management or leadership experience.
  • Strong Salesforce administration skills and experience with reporting and CRM analytics.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets, SQL, and BI tools such as DOMO, Tableau, or Looker.
  • Proven ability to design and automate operational processes (experience with N8N or similar tools preferred).
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to translate complex analysis into actionable recommendations.
  • Strong communication and storytelling abilities, comfortable presenting to executive leadership.
  • Experience supporting distributed or high-growth sales teams is a plus.
