First Service Air Conditioning Contractors Inc is hiring a results-driven Maintenance Sales Representative to grow our HVAC service and maintenance agreement portfolio. This outside sales role is perfect for a motivated professional who thrives on building relationships, educating clients, and closing long-term service contracts.
Youll be the face of our preventative maintenance solutionsworking directly with residential, commercial, and government clients to promote the value of full-coverage HVAC service agreements that keep their systems running smoothly and efficiently year-round.
This is a field-based sales opportunity ideal for candidates with service or construction-related sales backgrounds who want to join a trusted, forward-looking company with a strong support team and room for growth.

Key ResponsibilitiesVisit current and prospective clients to present and promote HVAC service and maintenance agreements.
Sell annual and recurring full-coverage maintenance plans tailored to customer needs.
Identify client pain points and propose customized service solutions.
Educate clients on the benefits of preventative maintenance.
Maintain consistent follow-up and strong customer relationships throughout the sales cycle.
Collaborate with internal operations teams to ensure smooth onboarding and ongoing service for new clients.
Track leads, proposals, and sales activity using company CRM tools.
Manage your sales territory independently with regular field visits and meetings.
2+ years of outside sales experience preferred (HVAC, construction, service, or facility management industries are a plus).
Proven ability to communicate value and close service-based deals.
Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
Self-starter with excellent time management and organizational abilities.
Comfortable working in the field and visiting customer sites.
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Valid drivers license with clean driving record.
Base salary + commission with uncapped earning potential
