This role reports into Glue Dots International, an Ellsworth Corporation company, located in Germantown, WI. The ideal candidate will be open to an on-site work schedule at our facility in Germantown.

You will lead technical sales efforts by delivering engineered, customer‑focused solutions that drive growth. You will also provide expert technical support and collaborate across teams to understand customer needs, solve application challenges, and support overall business objectives.
Responsibilities
- Drives business expansion by introducing advanced technologies, products, and services that align with evolving customer needs and emerging market trends
- Collaborates with BU leaders and sales teams to execute technical sales strategies and support new business growth
- Delivers hands‑on technical engagement with end‑use customers to assess applications, troubleshoot issues, and recommend optimized product or system solutions
- Builds and applies competitive technical benchmarks, performance data, and gap analyses to position products effectively
- Contributes to evaluations of potential technology acquisitions, product integrations, and strategic partnership options to strengthen the product portfolio alliances

Qualifications
- 5+ years of related technical, engineering, or industrial sales experience. Other relevant combinations of education and experience may be considered.
Bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent in a related field of study
- Strong technical expertise in relevant products or engineered systems, with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly
- Proven technical sales ability, influencing both technical and business stakeholders throughout the sales cycle
- Experienced in delivering technical presentations, product demos, and application support
- Skilled in assessing customer requirements and recommending effective technical solutions
- Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills with technical and non‑technical audiences
- Proficient with CRM systems, technical tools, and Microsoft Office
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with the ability to manage multiple customer priorities
- Frequent Travel
