Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) - PRN - Norris at Norris Post-Acute and Rehabilitation Center – Andersonville, Tennessee

Location: 3382 Andersonville Hwy, Andersonville, TN, 37705

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our healthcare team at our Andersonville location. The LPN will provide high-quality nursing care to patients, assist with treatment plans, and support the healthcare team in delivering excellent patient outcomes.

• Provide direct patient care under the supervision of Registered Nurses and physicians.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers.
• Monitor patient health and record vital signs, symptoms, and changes in condition.
• Assist with patient assessments and develop care plans.
• Maintain accurate and detailed patient records and documentation.
• Educate patients and their families on health maintenance and disease prevention.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure coordinated patient care.
• Follow infection control and safety protocols to maintain a safe environment.

• Current and valid LPN license in the state of Tennessee.
• Completion of an accredited practical nursing program.
• Previous experience in a clinical or healthcare setting preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Basic computer skills for documentation and record-keeping.
• CPR certification is a plus.
