What You'll Be Doing

The Loan Documentation Specialist at Bank Iowa is responsible for the bank wide creation of Commercial, Ag and Consumer loan documentation packages. This person will ensure prepared packages adhere to regulatory, statutory and bank standards while properly protecting bank investments. They will work closely with loan processing specialists and relationship managers ensuring that agreed upon service level agreements are maintained. This person will provide a friendly, quality internal and external client experience and treats internal and external clients with respect and dignity at all times. We are looking to hire the Loan Documentation Specialist in either our Central or Southeast Iowa region.

Requirements:

Skills/Experience You'll Need

  • Prioritizes the accurate and timely creation of loan documentation packages based on agreed upon service level agreements.
  • Reviews existing client documentation and loan approval ensuring loan file standards and approval authority requirements are met.
  • Creates ancillary documents for a loan request such as AFT forms, Lien Notations/applications, etc.
  • As needed, works with relationship managers to provide draft documents for client review.
  • Responsible for the creation of adverse action, counteroffer and incomplete application notices, ensuring regulatory documentation requirements are met.
