Customer Service Rep

Position Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Logistics and Customer Service Representative to join our team. This role involves coordinating the movement of goods, processing orders, and providing outstanding customer support. The ideal candidate will be skilled in problem-solving, communication, and multi-tasking while ensuring smooth operations and high levels of customer satisfaction.

Office hours are 8:30am - 5pm - you must be able to work these hours

Key Responsibilities:

Logistics Management:
- Coordinate and track shipments, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of products to customers.
- Collaborate with suppliers, vendors, and transportation companies to optimize logistics and reduce costs.
- Resolve any shipping or delivery discrepancies, ensuring prompt and effective solutions.
Customer Service:
- Provide exceptional customer service through phone, and email, addressing inquiries, complaints, and requests.
- Handle order processing.
- Communicate delivery timelines, shipping options, and order statuses clearly to customers.
- Follow up on customer feedback to ensure a high level of satisfaction and loyalty.
Problem Resolution:
- Investigate and resolve issues related to shipping, order fulfillment, and customer complaints.
- Work cross-functionally with other departments to resolve complex issues and ensure timely solutions.
- Proactively identify potential problems and address them before they escalate.
Data Entry and Reporting:
- Maintain accurate records of shipments, & customer orders, and returns.
Collaboration:
- Work closely with the warehouse and sales teams to ensure smooth operations and timely deliveries.
- Assist in planning and optimizing logistics strategies to improve efficiency.

Skills & Qualifications:

Proven experience in logistics, customer service, or related fields.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Detail-oriented
Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
Problem-solving mindset and a customer-first attitude.

Working Conditions:

Full-time position.
Office environment in a shop setting.
May require occasional overtime during peak shipping periods.
