This role sits at the core of Go-To-Market system transformation, focusing on designing and optimizing Salesforce-driven solutions that power opportunity lifecycle management. You will act as a bridge between business stakeholders, product owners, and technical teams to translate complex requirements into scalable system solutions. The position plays a key part in improving CRM processes, data flows, and automation across sales and revenue operations. You will work in a highly collaborative, global environment where system reliability, scalability, and user experience are critical. This is a high-impact role supporting enterprise-level Salesforce ecosystems and adjacent tools such as Salesloft and DataCloud. You will contribute directly to enabling efficient, data-driven growth across global GTM teams.
- Collaborate with product owners, technical leads, and program managers to design, build, and maintain Salesforce and adjacent GTM system solutions
- Own end-to-end delivery of system enhancements supporting opportunity lifecycle management and broader Sales Operations processes
- Translate business requirements into clear technical specifications and ensure alignment across upstream and downstream systems
- Develop and maintain a holistic understanding of CRM processes, user journeys, and data flows to ensure scalable and consistent solutions
- Lead requirement gathering sessions and stakeholder engagement across global, cross-functional teams
- Partner with third-party vendors to implement out-of-the-box functionality and design custom Salesforce-based solutions
- Support continuous improvement of Salesforce architecture, automation (including Flow), and integration with ETL and analytics tools
- 4–8 years of experience in Salesforce implementation, administration, support, and maintenance within complex environments
- Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud and opportunity management processes
- Salesforce Administrator Certification (required)
- Advanced knowledge of Salesforce Flow and business process automation
- Proven ability to translate business needs into scalable system and technical requirements
- Strong communication, facilitation, and presentation skills with the ability to engage technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Experience working in global, cross-functional teams in fast-paced environments
- Experience with Salesforce Platform App Builder, Developer I certification, SOQL/SQL, or analytics tools is highly desirable
- Ability to simplify complex technical concepts for diverse audiences
