Accountabilities:

  • Own end-to-end delivery of system enhancements supporting opportunity lifecycle management and broader Sales Operations processes
  • Translate business requirements into clear technical specifications and ensure alignment across upstream and downstream systems
  • Develop and maintain a holistic understanding of CRM processes, user journeys, and data flows to ensure scalable and consistent solutions
  • Lead requirement gathering sessions and stakeholder engagement across global, cross-functional teams
  • Partner with third-party vendors to implement out-of-the-box functionality and design custom Salesforce-based solutions
  • Support continuous improvement of Salesforce architecture, automation (including Flow), and integration with ETL and analytics tools
Requirements:
  • 4–8 years of experience in Salesforce implementation, administration, support, and maintenance within complex environments
  • Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud and opportunity management processes
  • Salesforce Administrator Certification (required)
  • Advanced knowledge of Salesforce Flow and business process automation
  • Proven ability to translate business needs into scalable system and technical requirements
  • Strong communication, facilitation, and presentation skills with the ability to engage technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Experience working in global, cross-functional teams in fast-paced environments
  • Experience with Salesforce Platform App Builder, Developer I certification, SOQL/SQL, or analytics tools is highly desirable
  • Ability to simplify complex technical concepts for diverse audiences
Benefits:
  • Competitive compensation package including base salary and performance-based bonus eligibility
  • Remote-first work environment within Canada (Ontario, British Columbia, or Alberta)
  • Flexible working model supporting work-life balance and asynchronous collaboration
  • Comprehensive healthcare and wellness benefits
  • Retirement savings program with employer contributions
  • Paid time off, parental leave, and wellness leave
  • Equity grants and additional incentive programs depending on role eligibility
  • Learning and development opportunities, including certification support
  • Opportunity to work on global-scale Salesforce systems and enterprise GTM platforms
  • Approximately 10% travel to support in-person collaboration and team engagement
